Where do you rank?
Nine tiers, each with a published bench, squat and deadlift. Clear all three and the rank is yours. Any lifter can read it.
Lifting never had belts. Now it has tiers.
A blue belt means the same thing in every gym on earth. "I bench 225" doesn't. Tier gives strength nine named rungs with fixed public numbers, so a stranger reads your rank the way they'd read a belt. Your tier only ever goes up.
I · Courage
You showed up and unracked it.
| Bench | Squat | Deadlift | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Men | 135lb | 135lb | 135lb |
| Women | 45lb | 45lb | 45lb |
No maxes needed to start
Don't know your numbers? Just train. Every set you log records your best, and the tier follows by itself.
II · Resilience
You came back after it went wrong.
| Bench | Squat | Deadlift | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Men | 185lb | 200lb | 200lb |
| Women | 65lb | 65lb | 65lb |
A set logged in a few taps
Built for between sets: one hand, chalk on it, twenty seconds. Weights you actually use are one tap away, and it keeps logging with no signal.

III · Hunger
You want it enough to keep coming back.
| Bench | Squat | Deadlift | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Men | 200lb | 225lb | 225lb |
| Women | 75lb | 95lb | 95lb |
It remembers last week for you
Open a lift and Tier tells you what you did last time and how to beat it: one more rep, or a little more weight.

IV · Focus
One thing at a time, done properly.
| Bench | Squat | Deadlift | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Men | 215lb | 275lb | 275lb |
| Women | 95lb | 135lb | 135lb |
Standings at your gym and in your city
Switch the board between your friends, your gym and your city to see where you land. Men and women are ranked on their own ladders.

V · Devotion
You have given yourself over to it.
| Bench | Squat | Deadlift | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Men | 225lb | 315lb | 315lb |
| Women | 105lb | 155lb | 155lb |
Friends see one honest number
Not a feed. Each friend's best set from their session, a reaction if it earned one, and a summon for anyone who's gone quiet.

VI · Sacrifice
You give things up to keep going.
| Bench | Squat | Deadlift | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Men | 275lb | 365lb | 365lb |
| Women | 135lb | 185lb | 185lb |
Exactly what's left
Your tier screen shows where you stand and how far the next rung is, lift by lift. Not a score. A number of pounds.

VII · Conviction
You believe the lift before you make it.
| Bench | Squat | Deadlift | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Men | 315lb | 405lb | 405lb |
| Women | 155lb | 225lb | 225lb |
A coach that has read your training log
Ask for today's workout, a full program, or a read on your week, and the answer is built from the sets you've actually logged.

| Bench | Squat | Deadlift | |
|---|---|---|---|

| Women | 185lb | 245lb | 245lb |
