Know exactly where you stand.
Standings put every lifter in their tier band by the same published numbers. No likes, no follower counts: just who lifts what.

The board is the ladder itself: nine colour bands from IX at the top to I at the bottom, each showing that tier’s thresholds for men and women. Each lifter sits in the band they’ve earned, with their bench, squat and deadlift beside their name.

Friends, your gym, your city
Switch the board with one tap. Friends shows the people you train with. Gym shows everyone at your gym. City shows every lifter in your city.

Your place, in plain numbers
Your tier screen tells you where you rank in your tier, like 2nd of 12, and exactly how many pounds stand between you and the next one.
Inside a band, lifters are ordered by their bench, squat and deadlift added together, strongest first.

Two ladders
Men and women are ranked on their own ladders, so every tier is reachable. The colours are shared: a Tier VI is Fire Red for everyone.
Unranked is a starting line
Until all three lifts clear Tier I, you’re unranked, shown below the ladder, and not counted against anyone’s place. A lift you haven’t entered shows as not entered, never as zero.
Just train: every set you log records your best, and you move onto the board by yourself.
